COO & Managing Partner
Alan Proano is the Co-Founder and COO of Central Bridge Holdings, a real estate firm in Central Florida devoted to generating superior returns for institutional and private investors. At Central Bridge, Alan oversees property acquisition, operations, and management for mobile home parks and multifamily projects across the U.S.
Alan specializes in analyzing and acquiring off-market real estate deals, through which he is able to expand his clients’ portfolios with strong equity and cash flow. With his extensive background in property analysis, acquisitions, and market evaluation, Central Bridge is able to identify unique, and often overlooked, investment opportunities and act swiftly to capitalize on them.
Prior to joining Central Bridge, Alan worked for another real estate firm, where he spent several years acquiring, managing, and selling residential and multifamily properties.
